Our goal is to provide the best service towards all of our customers and to keep all our customers fully satisfied. We have customer friendly return/exchange policy. If You are not satisfied or not happy with your purchase then you must inform us email@example.com within 2 days from the receiving the product. We will validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it, The product must be dispatched us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the package along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer. We provide refund in form of store credit (credit note/coupon code) only.
Terms & Conditions:
- If the product is sent back to us without our consent, Return/exchange will not be accepted.
- No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products & accessories.
- Return/Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased from Sale category and Jewellery category.
- In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design when we received damage product.
- Refund will be processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another piece.
- If you want to cancel your prepaid order then you have to inform us before we dispatched your order. If you cancel your order before shipment then we will deduct 2.5% commission charges of payment gateway from your amount. Once Order is dispatched we cannot cancel your order.
- We can't provide return facility for outside of india.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Return & Exchange shipping is to be borne by the customer and is to be shipped only via India post.
- If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
- For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We hope that customer who buy product with beads and sequences understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again.
All the legal cases will be treated in only Surat jurisdiction court.
Please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in the color of the item you receive as compared to the product picture on the website. While the actual color depends on fabric dyes and the weather, the colors seen on the monitor will change according to the light, camera and settings. Hence, the slight difference.
Embroidery, Patch work and Thread work may have slight irregularities. It adds to the unique charm of this exquisite piece. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion.
Missing yarn, slubs and uneven yarn contrasts are general phenomenon in woven products, this is natural outcome and inherent characteristics of weaving procedure which makes it style peculiar.

The traditional dyeing and printing process may result in slight color bleeding at the first wash. Since these are not machine printed, there is a certain rawness in the designs that add to the beauty of your ordered outfit.

While our crafts persons and tailors create every attire with the utmost diligence, the ones with beads and sequins are always the most daunting. Beads and sequins have a tendency to fall off the fabric, even with the best of handling. Losing a few beads or sequins does not affect the overall look of the attire, and cannot be noticed even under scrutiny. So don't worry and shine away!
